In November 2024, our staff observed these devices at tobacco retailers Wisconsin (Eau Claire) and in Southern California (Los Angeles; see Figure 2). Despite ongoing regulatory efforts to curb the vaping epidemic, the tobacco business continues to introduce new products with progressive features.
